K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November, 2016, growing from a one woman operation into a large team of professionals. Our office, located in the heart of north Nashville, serves as the base of cleaning operations for many satisfied customers and businesses.
We are honored to be a woman-lead and minority owned business. We continually foster a culture of empowerment through recognized accomplishments and constructive development.
Our organization works with local veterans agencies, and disadvantaged youth programs. We proudly practice a culture of being-included, and ensure that all of our associates, disabled and non-disabled, are fairly compensated and treated equally.
As we’ve grown, we have had the honor of working with organizations large and small, more recently MNAA and JE Dunn. We believe strongly in the quality of service that we bring to our clients, which has become a mainstay in our reputation in the local community.

Our Mission
KPC mission is to provide specialized and experienced janitorial and facility maintenance services to the city, state and local municipalities as well as to private entities. We also strive to build a solid clientele by providing quality and timely work and our goal is to always exceed expectations.
No job is too large or too small for this flourishing company. We are proud to represent the minority and woman’s small business community that is growing by leaps and bounds here in our great city of Nashville.
Growing up in Nashville, I always felt a strong desire to give back to my local community. Now as a woman in business, I feel empowered to be able to give others a second chance, and access to a better life.
